You may have already noticed, but here at Gatwick Airport, the world’s busiest single runway and best connected UK airport, we have been working hard over the last two years to significantly improve the airport experience for our passengers and airline partners.
Under new ownership, we are rolling out a £1.2 billion investment programme that is transforming Gatwick, both in the service we provide and in our infrastructure, into London’s airport of choice.
We have already achieved a great deal - from new state-of-the-art security facilities, improved arrivals areas and extended departure lounges through to a complete overhaul of our North Terminal. Importantly, this has all been accomplished while we relentlessly continue to drive down the cost of operation for airlines.
