Once you land at Gatwick, collect your bags from the baggage reclaim hall and go to the Gatwick Connects desk, where our friendly team will assist in connecting you to your next flight, allowing you to go straight to security without having to take your bags with you.
Can I pick up my airline ticket at the Gatwick Connects desk?
No, Gatwick Connects is a service that can combine flights where you have already purchased your airline ticket, but it does not sell or issue airline tickets. To buy or collect your onward airline tickets, you can use our partner travel agent, Skybreaks, located in the South Terminal check-in area opposite Zone J or the sales desks of the relevant airline.
Does Gatwick Connects work if the arriving and departing flights are from different terminals?
Yes, Gatwick Connects can be used if you are transferring between flights on airlines within the same terminal or between terminals.
What should I do if I have missed my connecting flight?
Gatwick Connects cannot arrange onward flights. You should contact your onward airline to discuss your options. Our partner travel agent, Skybreaks, located in the South Terminal check-in area opposite Zone J may also be able to help with alternative travel arrangements.

Gatwick Connects is subject to airline operating times and opening hours. Our desks are open from 06.00 to 18.00 daily.
