Following the issue with our baggage sorting system early on Friday morning, we'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused if your aircraft departed without your baggage on board. Although this only impacted a small percentage of departing bags, we understand how frustrating this can be. Arrivals were not impacted by the issue.

If you've been affected then our advice is to speak directly to your airline about when you baggage will be delivered to your destination. We expect bags to be delivered on Friday or Saturday.
