The Nicholas Culpeper Pub & Dining is now open in Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal (Landside) serving fantastic homemade food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not to mention our very own London Dry Gin distilled on site to our own unique recipe in the world’s first airport gin distillery.
Nicholas Culpeper, born less than two miles away from the end of Gatwick Airport’s runway, was an English botanist, herbalist and physician in the 1600’s.
At The Nicholas Culpeper our chefs believe “fresh is best” so they make all of our dishes from scratch using great raw ingredients. Famous for our; full English breakfast, gin cured smoked salmon, fish and chips, Foxham Farm burgers, foot-long pork scratchings and soft yolk chorizo scotch eggs.
