Gatwick Airport Limited (Gatwick) is the company licensed to operate Gatwick Airport by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Gatwick is owned and managed by Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and a consortium of its co-investors.
GIP invests worldwide in infrastructure assets and has over $18 billion of assets under management. It targets investments in air transport, ports, freight rail, power and utilities, natural resources infrastructure, water distribution and treatment, and waste management.
The Company has offices in London and New York with an affiliate in Sydney and a portfolio company operations headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. GIP has a 75% ownership interest in London City Airport and its other UK investments are Edinburgh Airport and Great Yarmouth Port Company.
