In accordance with the Walker Guidelines and best practice for Portfolio Companies owned by private equity investors (of which Gatwick Airport Limited is deemed to be one), the following accounts include "enhanced" disclosures beyond those required by statute for private limited companies and have been published on our website within six months of the Company's financial year end. In particular, they include an enhanced business review that substantially conforms to that required under the Companies Act 2006 for publicly listed companies.

Regulatory accounts
As part of the CAA's economic regulation, Gatwick Airport is required to provide annual regulatory accounts. These accounts report our performance for the past year, against the CAA's forecast from their latest regulatory decision. They are subject to an independent review by Gatwick's statutory auditors, whose report is provided solely for Gatwick Airport and the CAA.
