We operate a defined contribution pension scheme, operated by Fidelity. You'll be automatically enrolled onto the scheme on the date you start work. Our employees contribute 5% of their salary and the company pays a further 10%. Other options to increase or reduce these levels of contribution or opt out altogether are also available. Pension contributions are made via SMART (salary sacrifice) route, enabling further employee savings.
