Gatwick Airport welcomes High Court decision

We are pleased that the High Court judgment has found in favour of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), following a challenge brought by easyJet into the CAA’s process for determining charges at Gatwick Airport for the period 2008-2013.

Gatwick Airport is entirely dependent on the success of its airlines. We will continue to work hard with easyJet and other airlines to raise the standards of customer service through targeted investment, better operations and lower costs.
