Following the announcement earlier today that XL Airways has ceased trading, BAA Gatwick offers the following advice for passengers: • In the first instance, XL Airways customers who have concerns about their booking are advised to contact their travel agent or tour representative
• Passengers are advised not to travel to Gatwick Airport today
• BAA Gatwick is working closely with the appointed administrators to help minimise disruption for passengers
• The CAA has published information and advice on their website: www.atol.org.uk
• Helplines have been established. Customers calling from abroad should call: +44 208 242 4783.
• Customers calling from the UK should call a freephone; 0800-068-8991
