Arrivals baggage delivery
Our passengers can now see who’s best at delivering arriving baggage, with monthly league tables now displayed in the baggage reclaim hall in both terminals, and here on the website.
The data shows the top 10 performing airlines and their handling agents ranked by performance in delivering first and last bags to the reclaim hall. The main target is to deliver 99 per cent of last bags within 55 minutes of landing.
