Sustainability reports
Sustainability reporting has been an integral part of our business for nearly a decade. We remain committed to running our business responsibly, maximising the positive social and economic benefits, while minimising our environmental impacts.
Our 2008 report focuses on key environmental impacts including energy, air quality, noise, surface transport and waste. In it we demonstrate our economic impacts and how we work with our local communities. We also detail our focus on our passengers, airlines and contractors and on health, safety and security at the airport.
We report against a range of environmental targets which are independently verified by external consultants who endorse our performance against past targets and validate the targets and objectives that drive our environmental performance in the year ahead.
