Lost and stolen passes
Loss of an airside pass is a very serious matter. You need to report it as soon as possible to a manager in your organisation and to the Gatwick ID Centre.
It may be necessary for the local police to be informed of the loss. We will immediately cancel the access rights of any pass that is reported lost or stolen. You must then complete a lost or stolen pass form to begin the process of replacing your pass.
