Draft noise action plan
In 2009 we held a 16 week public consultation on Gatwick Airport's draft noise action plan.
A revised draft noise action plan, which took into account the feedback we received, was submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport at the end of November 2009 for recommendation to DEFRA as part of the adoption process.
We are currently waiting to find out if it will be formally adopted by the government. Once adopted we will publish the final noise action plan for Gatwick Airport during 2010.
