London Gatwick’s Approved Meet and Greet Operator scheme was introduced to offer our passengers more confidence and guidance when choosing off-airport parking.
Run in partnership with the British Parking Association’s ‘ParkMark’ initiative and the West Sussex ‘Buy with Confidence’ scheme, which is approved by Trading Standards, every approved operator is required to demonstrate that their parking facilities meet planning and security requirements.
Companies which are part of the scheme also have to prove they can provide a good level of professionalism and service – meaning you can spend more time enjoying your travel plans and less time worrying about your car.

It is important to realise these companies are not owned or operated by Gatwick Airport and whilst we make every effort to ensure that members of the Approved Operator Scheme comply with the law and rules surrounding the Trading Standards ‘Buy with Confidence’ accreditation we cannot guarantee that their work will never give rise to a complaint. However, should this be the case, any difficulties you experience with the third party company should be dealt with fairly and without undue delay.
