The arrivals areas are on the ground floor of the North Terminal and on the second floor of the South Terminal (at the opposite end from check-in for international arrivals, or near check-in zone B for UK arrivals).

After landing

On leaving the aircraft, follow signs for arrivals to go through passport control, baggage reclaim and Customs.

Catching a connecting flight? If your baggage is checked through to your final destination, follow the Flight connections signs when you leave the aircraft.
