Day-before check-in
A number of airlines now allow you to check in at Gatwick the day before you fly. This is most useful if you live locally or are staying overnight near the airport.
Use this service to check your bags in early, confirm your seat number and relax without worrying about early morning queues.

Eligible flights: All next-day flights departing before 15:15. Use the self-service check-in kiosks, then deposit your baggage at the Fast Bag Drop in Zone C.

Opening hours: 20:00 - 08:30.
Eligible flights: Those departing before 08:30 the following day.

Opening hours: The desks are open 12:00 until 22:00 daily.
Eligible flights: All next-day departures before 12:00 noon
