There is an information desk on the arrivals concourse where multilingual staff are on hand to deal with enquiries.
Public address announcements are made from the desks and message boards are provided. For insurance reasons, no items (including keys, packages etc) may be left at the desks or on the message boards.

After security control you'll also find a flight information desk in the departure lounge.
