BAA Shop and Collect

Do your shopping at the airport - collect it on the way back
Why carry all your shopping on board, when you can leave it with us and pick it up again on your way back? Our free BAA Shop & Collect service* means you can buy as much as you like while you wait for your flight (taking full advantage of our fantastic prices), and we’ll keep it all safe until you return. Just tell the retailer that’s what you want to do, and get a receipt. Your purchases will be waiting for you and the Shopping Collection desks in the following locations:

• South Terminal – arrivals hall, open 06:00-21:00, outside these hours shopping can be collected from the Left Baggage office in the arrivals hall. For further information call +44 (0)1293 507 280.
  
• North Terminal – arrivals hall, open 06:00-21:00, outside these hours shopping can be collected from the BAA information desk in the arrivals hall. For further information call +44 (0)1293 504 758.

*Please note that the BAA Shop & Collect service is only available to passengers travelling within the European Union including the UK and Republic of Ireland.
