Help using this website

We have designed our website to be easy to use and simple to navigate.

On every page there is direct access to search, contact information, help, our accessibility and privacy statements, information about BAA, the sitemap and our terms and conditions; links to all of these can be found in the grey ‘wrapper’ that frames the page.

If you get stuck, there is also a ‘home’ link on the top left of this wrapper which will return you to the homepage for whichever airport you are in, or you can use the ’back’ button in your browser to return to previous pages.

The different channel titles (outlined on the ‘What the website offers’ page) run horizontally across your screen and the topic areas that sit beneath them will be detailed in the left hand menu, once you select a channel.

If you are still having trouble finding the information you need, you can try using our search facility, or contact the airport you are enquiring about.
