Don’t worry if you get carried away with your shopping at Gatwick – you can now leave all your purchases with Gatwick’s free Shop & Drop service and pick them up on your return. Just let the sales staff know you would like to use the Shop & Drop service. They will take your details, give you a receipt and arrange for your purchase to be stored securely until you return.
All our stores offer this service, and there’s no limit to the number of purchases where you can use Shop & Drop – all your goods will be waiting for you to collect from one location – the Excess Baggage desk in both terminals. It's located in South Terminal arrivals and in The Avenue in North.
