Sustainability: our ten point plan
At the core of our journey towards a sustainable Gatwick we have created a 10 point sustainability plan – 10 issues and 10 years to achieve them. This is all part of our vision to be the UK's most sustainable airport.
Working with local communities
We have developed a strong programme of community investment, play an active role in the regional economy, while addressing the social and environmental issues that matter to local people.

Corporate responsibility reports

Gatwick has a long and proud history of charitable support. We support three core charities, of which our staff choose two - one local and one national - and we raise money for these charities throughout the year. In addition we support an on-airport charity which helps thousands of people each year.
Chosen as our local charity, St Catherine's Hospice provides specialised end of life care and support for families, friends and carers.
Our national charity, Cancer Research UK is held dear by many people for their pioneering research and work to help more people survive cancer.
This independent charity dedicated to helping troubled passengers at the airport. They have a dedicated team and help 2000 people with travel-related problems each year.
