Gatwick Airport Ltd (GAL) and the Noise Management Board (NMB) would like to invite you to their annual airspace and NMB public meeting which will be held on Tuesday 3 December. The meeting runs from 14.00 to 17.00 and the full programme for the afternoon is set out below.
The public meeting will be an opportunity to:
- Hear about the progress of the NMB and plans for the future, and how Gatwick and its industry and community partners work together to manage aviation noise.
- Experience first-hand specialist interactive aviation tutorials including an opportunity to engage with noise experts and experience virtual reality audio headsets, and to hear from pilots and air traffic control.
- Ask questions of our airspace and noise discussion panel made up of key industry decision makers.
- Engage with the newly established Independent Commission on Civil Aviation Noise (ICCAN) and hear their vision for the future.
Please note: this meeting is an opportunity to focus on airspace and noise issues and as such, airport growth plans will not form part of the discussion. You can find further information on our growth plans, including an overview of our plans and the related planning process, in the future plans section of our website.
