Procurement is a central function at Gatwick that supports the operation with effective and efficient purchasing of third-party products and services, alongside the management of its supply pipeline.

The Gatwick procurement department is here to secure maximum value for money from the supply market for all third party products and services needed to run the airport. This includes anything from corporate professional services to development and construction services.

Our overall mission is to help reduce costs where appropriate, to procure goods and services professionally and to develop long term supplier relationships.

To support this we have:

  • A procurement policy.
  • Annual reviews of our departmental performance and goals.
  • A purchase to pay (P2P) process.
  • Standard terms and conditions and specific bespoke agreements on which we do business (current and previous versions are available below).

Our procurement team regularly attends various events to meet potential suppliers and share how we do business as a company.
