On a Gatwick graduate engineering programme, you'll help solve real-life problems from day one. What are we looking for?

✓ MEng / MSc in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other engineering disciplines
✓ Masters in Construction Management

What will you be doing?
Our graduate engineering scheme is a three-year programme designed to give you exposure to all areas of relevant functions within the business. The length of projects and your role within the team will vary depending on your experience. You will be assigned a mentor and together you will agree a pathway and subsequent projects which will give you the exposure and skills you require.
You will play a part in this across various construction programmes including Terminals, Airfield, Baggage, Retail and Car Parks.
You will start your journey with us as an assistant field engineer, or assistant project engineer as part of a designated project team. Your progress against the attributes required for Chartered Status will be constantly reviewed by your individually assigned mentor.
