"I love going the extra mile for a passenger. I’ve worked in many different customer service roles during my career – and I get a buzz from making sure that people are happy.
"I’ve worked at Gatwick for nearly a decade. It feels like home and everyone is so friendly. Through my job, I’ve met so many people from different companies across the airport – knowing lots of people also really helps me to get my job done more efficiently, particularly when I’m trying to resolve an issue.
"I would love it if all of our passengers had a great experience here, but we are a big, busy airport, and sometimes things don’t go perfectly for everyone. I’m passionate about trying to help where I can.
"Recently, a passenger was taking a connecting flight from Gatwick, but left her iPad in the pocket of the seat in front of her. Usually, it could take a few days to process lost property, but I took matters into my own hands and made it my mission to track it down and get it back to her before her flight left. She was delighted!

"When I’m not working, I like to travel. I used to live in Spain and spend a lot of time visiting friends that I made when I worked overseas with the now sadly departed Thomas Cook."
