Where in the world?

We're located just 30 minutes away from Central London and Brighton by train in Crawley, West Sussex. Over 40% of our people use public transport to get to work, with excellent bus and cycle networks to the local area. Our people led committee equal plane tackles gender bias in the workplace

We're an Equal Plane

We are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive place to work. Different perspectives and backgrounds help us to be more innovative and creative, engaging our people along the way.

Join one of our business resource groups. They challenge us to be the most inclusive place to work we can be, tackle bias in the workplace, and ensure that we have an attractive place for all our people to grow their career.

Our people take part in the Dare to Dream mentoring programme for local schools

Building for the next generation

We work with local schools and organisations to promote the importance of the STEM subjects - that's science, technology, engineering and maths. We run several programmes to encourage more girls to take up careers in aviation, particularly in engineering.

Our people mentor local school children through Dare to Dream and take part in Learn Live broadcasts from the airport, providing an insight into what it takes to run an airport and future career paths.
