Reserve From Home Terms and Conditions         


1. All items available for Reserve From Home are sold directly by Gatwick retailers not by Gatwick Airport Limited (GAL).
2. All sales must be concluded at the relevant retail store at Gatwick Airport.
3. All prices shown will include any value added tax payable.


1. All reservation requests are subject to acceptance by the relevant Gatwick retailer.
2.You must refer the relevant Gatwick retailer’s terms and conditions before making a reservation request.

Collection and Purchase

1. All reserved items must be purchased and collected from the relevant Gatwick retailer at Gatwick Airport.
2. All reserved items must be purchased and collected by the time and date stated in the relevant Gatwick retailer’s terms and conditions.
3. GAL does not accept liability for any reservation request which has not been fulfilled by a Gatwick retailer.


All items purchased under the Reserve From Homeservice will be covered by the ‘Gatwick Returns and Refunds’ policy’ found at


1. GAL cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of any item advertised on this website accurately reflects the appearance and/or colour of any item reserved and purchased directly with a Gatwick retailer.
2. GAL cannot guarantee that reserved items will be available for collection before your scheduled flight time.
3. GAL does not accept any liability to you for any loss, damage or claim in respect of any reservation request and/or collection and/or purchase of any item from a Gatwick retailer.

Carry On-Board Terms and Conditions:

1. Allowances on board aircraft are subject to your to airlines discretion and terms and conditions.
2. At time of publication, allowance is classed as a standard sized airport shopping bag. Allowances vary by airline. Please see individual airline website for full details on policies.
3. Subject to security procedures and restrictions.

Collect On Return Terms and Conditions:

1. To be able to use this service and to enable us to operate this service, you are required to complete a form in full which will be given to you in stores.
2. Once goods have been paid for, Gatwick Airport Limited will hold and store the goods until you return from your trip as stated on the return date overleaf of the form.
3.Upon your return you will be required to collect your goods from the Collect On Return desk in South Terminal arrivals or North Terminal Avenue.
4. Please retain this receipt as you will be required to present this as well as photographic identification when collecting your goods.
5. If your goods are not collected upon returning to Gatwick Airport and delivery is required, you will be charged. Goods will be stored for up to 4 days.
6. Goods will be disposed of if they are not collected after six months of the planned return date shown, or if they are perishable and pass their sell-by date. No refund or compensation is available should this happen.
7. Neither Gatwick Airport Limited nor its operator for the purposes of provision of this service will be liable to you for any loss, damage or claim in the event that your goods are disposed of and by using this service you agree to these terms.
