As you would expect, there are strict procedures and guidelines in place for all companies wishing to join the London Gatwick ID pass scheme.

All ID pass scheme rules are contained in one document. Our ID pass regulations will help you understand the documentation and procedures needed to become an approved signatory and be responsible for securing ID passes on behalf of your organisation.

* Passports are accepted for non-UK nationals. We also accept e-Visa’s for full Airside/renewal and Landside passes. Please refer to Pass Regulations for further information

** Evidence of a UK CRC application required for days 1-14 and an actual UK CRC certificate for days 15-60

*** CRCs are required from all countries where the applicant has resided for over six months in the preceding five-year period.

*** A UK CRC is required irrespective of how long the applicant has resided in months.

Once an application is approved in Airport Gateway you can book an appointment.

Please note that although proof of National Insurance may not be required on collection, a NI number will still need to be provided during the application process.
