When you arrive at Gatwick for your flight, you will need to check-in and go through security as normal. If you need assistance you should go to one of our drop-off points or to our special assistance desks which are located in both of our terminals. If you’re worried about the weight of your luggage and what you can pack, please follow the guidelines given by your airline. This type of information can be found on your airline's website or in your flight ticket documentation. You can also weigh your luggage on the scales provided within the check-in areas, there is a small fee to use the scales of £1. 

Food and drink

There are shops and restaurants where you can purchase a drink or snack if you need. There are many more places to eat and drink after security, where you can relax and wait for your flight.

There is an information point where you can speak to a member of staff if you need. We also provide white phones within the terminal with a list of useful numbers you can call if you require further assistance.
