Juniper & Co offers a small taste of indulgence for you to treat yourself before boarding your flight.

Our food menu uses locally sourced ingredients with food miles to our suppliers highlighted across our menus.

For breakfast, choose from lighter menu items such as the avocado and eggs on Flour Station seeded sourdough bread or from more indulgent dishes such as our Juniper & Co Breakfast. For lunch and dinner there is also plenty to choose from, whether it is our Juniper & Co Gourmet fondue burger or one of our famous speciality plates, such as the Local Artisan Cheese Board offering a selection of Sussex artisan cheeses served with Flour Station seeded crackers, celery, grapes and fig relish.

Not only is our food menu full of locally sourced brands and ingredients, our drinks menu is made up of craft gins, delicious Fever Tree cocktails, beers from some of London’s finest brewers and a selection of English sparkling wines alongside champagne and prosecco from around the world. Our wine list is curated by Jeroboams, offering our customers the best of the best.
