Juniper & Co offers a small taste of indulgence for customers to treat themselves before boarding their flight. 

Our food menu uses locally sourced ingredients such as salmon from H. Forman & Son 48 miles from Gatwick, Wells Farm bacon, sausages and eggs farmed just 26 miles away and artisan bread freshly baked by Flour Station just 60 miles away from Gatwick….and many more!

For breakfast, customers can choose from lighter menu items such as the avo & eggs or from more indulgent dishes such as our Juniper Breakfast Club, filled with Wells Farm bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes in Flour Station artisan bread. For lunch and dinner there is also plenty to choose from, whether it is our Steak Sandwich or one of our famous speciality plates, such as the Fox Hole Gin infused smoked salmon.

Not only is our food menu full of locally sourced brands and ingredients, our drinks menu is made up of craft gins, delicious Fever Tree cocktails, beers from some of London’s finest brewers and a selection of English sparkling wines alongside champagne and prosecco from around the world. Our wine list is curated by Berry Bros & Rudd, offering our customers the best of the best.
