Why can’t I find my flight?
Enter your flight up to a year in advance to explore all of our fantastic offers available to you as a myGatwick member. If on the rare occasion you are unable to find your flight, we advise that you add a different flight for the same date and terminal (e.g. any other easyJet flight, ideally close to your original flight departure time). This will show you the same set of vouchers and allow you to book discounted parking.
Please rest assured that any missing flight data won't affect the operation of your flight. We are aware of this issue and will continue to work hard to ensure that it’s rectified.
If you would still like to receive flight alerts, you can do this 12 hours before departure by clicking here. Just find your flight, click on the envelope and enter your preferred email address.
How do I remove a flight?
Click the red button that says 'Delete flight'.
What do flight alerts mean?
If you have flight alerts switched on, you will get updates about your flight via email.
If you want to turn off flight alerts, navigate to the flight in ‘upcoming flights’ and in the top right hand corner, click on the OFF next to flight alerts so that it is highlighted in white. You are only able to turn off your flight alerts if your flight is more than 48 hours away.
How many flights can I add?
