How do I close my account?

Emails
I haven't received my verification email
Please ensure your email address is spelt correctly and that you have checked your junk mail.
Follow the steps below to re-send the email:
1. Go to the myGatwick sign in page.
2. Enter the email address and password you originally registered with (forgotten your password? Click the link to reset it).
3. You will see the 'validate your email address' page. Click the 'still no luck?' link to send yourself another email.
If you still don’t receive it, please tell us by emailing passenger.experience@gatwickairport.com.
Flights
Why can’t I find my flight?
Enter your flight up to a year in advance to explore all of our fantastic offers available to you as a myGatwick member. If on the rare occasion you are unable to find your flight, we advise that you add a different flight for the same date and terminal (e.g. any other EasyJet flight, ideally close to your original flight departure time). This will show you the same set of vouchers and allow you to book discounted parking.
Please rest assured that any missing flight data won't affect the operation of your flight. We are aware of this issue and will continue to work hard to ensure that it’s rectified.
If you would still like to receive flight alerts, you can do this 12 hours before departure by clicking here. Just find your flight, click on the envelope and enter your preferred email address.
How do I remove a flight?
Click the red button that says 'Delete flight'.
What do flight alerts mean?
If you have flight alerts switched on, you will get updates about your flight via email.
If you want to turn off flight alerts, navigate to the flight in ‘upcoming flights’ and in the top right hand corner, click on the OFF next to flight alerts so that it is highlighted in white. You are only able to turn off your flight alerts if your flight is more than 48 hours away.
How many flights can I add?
We would love to know when you’re next travelling, so you can add as many future flights as you like.
Vouchers
How do I add a voucher?
There are two different types of voucher on myGatwick.
If you click on ‘More info’ and then on the ‘Take me there’ pink button:
These vouchers require you to visit another website to make a payment. For example, Official Gatwick Parking.
If it says ‘select’ on the pink button:
These vouchers can be used instantly on the day or added in advance of your trip.
How do I redeem my vouchers?
Simply click ‘select’ on as many vouchers as you like, then click on the ‘offers selected’ button in the hovering black box to take you to your selected offers at the bottom of the page.
You can then email them to yourself, add them to Passbook or show them on your smartphone when you’re at the airport.
If you have selected vouchers that require payment, such as Official Gatwick Parking, you need to follow the instructions on the voucher to redeem it.
