The App is a journey planning service of Gatwick Airport Limited ("'GAL"), a company registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, registered under company number 01991018 and having its registered office at 5th floor, Destinations Place, Gatwick Airport, Gatwick, West Sussex RH6 ONP.

This App is offered as a service to you, the user, by GAL.

Your use of this App constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions and notices contained on the App. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorised to use this App.

We may collect technical data about your device by using the App or any of the Services, you agree to us collecting and using technical information about the devices you use the App on and related software, hardware and peripherals to improve our products and to provide any Services to you.

You will be able to access information from our Live Departure Boards, however such information is subject to the following conditions:
