We work with many different agencies at Gatwick to ensure the smooth running of the airport.
Border Force is responsible for passport control checks at all UK airports and there are national targets set by the Home Office for maximum queuing times at UK immigration. The current targets are:
- 95% of non EU passengers are processed in 45 minutes or less
- 95% of EU passengers are processed in 25 minutes or less
We have been working with Border Force to support them in delivering these targets.
Since September 2018, Border Force's performance reports are updated monthly. Previously, they were published every six months. Below you can find reports of the latest data from 2015 onwards.
