Rail disruption

Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 October, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 October - no trains between Three Bridges and Brighton

There will be no trains between Three Bridges and Brighton, due to the Brighton Mainline Improvement Project. Buses will replace trains all weekend between Three Bridges and Brighton/Lewes.

Gatwick Express – trains will only run between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport all weekend. 

Southern – Passengers travelling between London and Brighton should use direct trains between London Victoria and Brighton via Horsham. Journey times will be around 2 hours and 15 minutes. Passengers from other stations should use replacement bus services from Three Bridges.

Thameslink – Passengers should use Southern replacement buses between Three Bridges and Brighton.

Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 October - Buses replace GWR trains between Guildford and Redhill/Gatwick Airport

Engineering work is taking place on the North Downs line in the Guildford area. Trains from Reading to Gatwick will run between Reading and Guildford only. Buses will replace trains between Guildford and Redhill and also between Guildford and Gatwick Airport all weekend. Replacement buses will operate from the South Terminal Upper Forecourt all weekend.
