Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 January - Buses replace trains between Three Bridges and Brighton/Lewes
Engineering work is taking place between Haywards Heath and Preston Park/Lewes, closing all lines.
- On Saturday, trains will run between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport only.
- Trains are replaced by buses between Three Bridges and Brighton and between Haywards Heath and Lewes. Some trains will run between London Victoria and Brighton but are diverted via Horsham and will call additionally at Horsham Littlehampton, Shoreham-by-Sea and Hove. Journey times will be significantly longer than usual.
- Trains will not run between Three Bridges and Brighton. Passengers should use Southern replacement buses.
Passengers should leave additional time for their journey to the airport.
Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 January - No trains to/from London Kings Cross
Engineering work is taking place in the London Kings Cross area, closing all lines to/from London Kings Cross.
No Great Northern and Thameslink trains will run between London Kings Cross/Moorgate/London St Pancras International and Stevenage/Hitchen/Peterborough. Passengers are being advised not to travel.
Thameslink trains between Brighton/Horsham and Cambridge/Peterborough will run between Brighton/Horsham and London Bridge only. Services will continue to call at Gatwick as normal.
Other train services from London Kings Cross are also subject to cancellation or other changes. Passengers wishing to travel north of London Kings Cross should plan their journey carefully in advance and seek alternative routes or transport.

Sunday 26 January - Reduced Gatwick Express service
Engineering work is taking place between East Croydon and Purley, closing some lines.
As a result, Gatwick Express will run a reduced service, with trains running every 30 minutes.
