A: If you have lost items within the airport itself contact the lost property office. If you have lost items while on an aircraft or airline bus contact your airline directly.

Q:  Can I smoke at Gatwick?

A: You can only smoke outside the terminal buildings in the designated zones which are clearly marked. 

This means that there’s no smoking once you’ve passed through security, so there are no smoking facilities for passengers connecting from an international to an international flight either. It’s not just Gatwick that has strict rules on smoking – the UK has been largely smoke-free since 2007, when smoking in any public, enclosed areas was banned.

E-cigarettes have the same restrictions as our current smoking policy and can only be used in the designated areas outside the terminal building.
