A: If you have lost items within the airport itself contact the lost property office. If you have lost items while on an aircraft or airline bus contact your airline directly.

A: Baggage delivery is the responsibility of each airline. Contact your airline directly.

A: You can – but only in a very few places, each clearly marked, and all outside the terminal buildings.

This means that there’s no smoking once you’ve passed through security, so there are no smoking facilities for passengers connecting from an international to an international flight either. It’s not just Gatwick that has strict rules on smoking – the UK has been largely smoke-free since 2007, when smoking in any public, enclosed areas was banned.
