There are several COVID-19 measures in place to ensure your safety. These include contactless reception, hand sanitiser is available throughout the lounge and increased cleaning schedules.

The freshly prepared menu is designed exclusively for No1 Lounges, it includes a complimentary snacks, as well as a delicious hot and cold buffet.

Whether you’re looking to socialise over a drink, or refuel with a large coffee, you can quench your thirst in the No1 Lounge. The lounge’s extensive, complimentary drink selection includes a variety of alcoholic*, soft and hot drinks - served to you from the fully tended bar.

*A house selection of wines, sparkling wines, beers, spirits is included. Champagne and premium drinks are available at an additional charge.

Great business and leisure facilities available

Each No1 Lounge boasts a range of facilities for all travellers.

Holidaymakers can watch the latest games in the TV lounge or relax in the library, a dedicated space for over 12s only. 

Business travellers looking to finish off some work before departing can take advantage of the private meeting room, which can be booked in advance. 

Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available for everyone and there are plenty of plug sockets available to charge your devices before departure.

How do I get to the No1 Lounge?

North Terminal - After security, follow the signs to Airport Lounges. Once through the glass double doors, the lounge is directly in front of you.

South Terminal - After Security, follow signs for airport lounges. You'll find the lounge on the upper level of the departure lounge, between JD Sports and InMotion.

What are the current opening times for No1 Lounge?

North Terminal: 04:00 - 21:00

South Terminal: 04:00 - 21:00

Who can use the lounge?

We welcome all checked-in passengers to the lounge, regardless of which airline you’re flying with or class of travel. We also accept cardholders from Wexas, IOU, Lounge Club, Priority Pass, Dragonpass and Diners Club.

How long can I stay in the lounge?

Your entry includes use of the lounge for up to three hours prior to your flight departure time. You can, however, purchase additional time in advance or on the day if needed.

You can leave and return to the lounge as often as you like during this time, but you must always keep your luggage with you.

What’s included in my entry price?

Three hours use of the lounge, as well as complimentary food, drinks (excluding Champagne), unlimited Wi-Fi, digital newspapers and magazines, charging ports and a comfortable space to relax in before you fly.

Does the lounge have a dress code?

We ask all of our guests to wear smart-casual clothing. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing clothing which we deem to be unsuitable. This may include themed or fancy dress outfits, clothes with slogans that may cause offense, replica sports kits, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, or bare shoulders on men. We also ask that guests do not wear tracksuits while in the lounge – we appreciate that people like to travel comfortably and so welcome guests to change when departing the lounge.
