What should I do if my hold baggage has not arrived?

When hold luggage is lost, delayed or damaged the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) advises that the airline (and their handling agent) are liable for your losses. If your hold baggage has not arrived on your flight,
please contact your airline.

Your airline and their handling agent are working hard to deliver your bag to baggage reclaim. Sometimes if aircraft are operating a little late or they arrive off schedule it can cause a delay to baggage being delivered.
