Statement of Community Consultation
The Planning Act 2008 requires us to consult with the community and other organisations like councils, businesses and community groups, before we submit our application for a DCO.
We commit to consult with anyone who has an interest in our proposals. This is set out in our Statement of Community Consultation.

About the Planning Process
Due to the scope of our plans, it is classed as a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project. We will need to apply for a Development Consent Order (DCO) to build and operate it.
